COACH
MITCHEM

EXPERIENCE MATTERS

As a high school athlete, I received many football and track & field accolades. I was named one of the Top 100 Players in 1993's Sporting News Magazine and broke 13 individual records for Duxbury High School. As a former Division 1 college athlete at Syracuse University and Northeastern University, I have been trained by renowned powerlifting and Olympic lifting coaches as well as speed and endurance experts. My knowledge and expertise guided Team Back Bay of Boston in the 2017 Reebok CrossFit Games as their head running coach. In 2018, I served as the head strength and conditioning coach at Scituate High School, that was the year they won their first state championship in football in the history of their school.

I started coaching local student-athletes in a garage with a Russian method that most people had never heard of or understood. Now, I own a training facility filled with weights and equipment specifically for developing muscles for speed and strength. The Coach Mitchem Methodology has led to over a dozen athletes being offered athletic scholarships from Division 1, 2, and 3 colleges in only two years since starting the Coach Mitchem Training program.
